Although we are only 3 miles from the centre of York, the course switches effortlessly from green parkland to the gorse, heather and wildlife of a heathland links. Maybe you’ll see wild deer roaming across the course or spot our resident barn owls – there’s more than one way to have a day to remember, especially if you join!

Come and walk in the footsteps of some of the World’s best golfers - Ryder Cup players and Captains as well as many Major Champions. For 23 years the course tested the likes of Faldo, Woosnam, Olazabal, Weiskopf, Jacklin, Trevino and many, many more as a regular stop for the European Tour. Many of them had days to remember and some had days to forget.

Today the course is regularly chosen to host county and international championships. In recent times Fulford has played host to the 2013 European Amateur Ladies Team Championship, the Carris Trophy and was the venue for the 2018 and 2019 R&A Girls U16 Amateur Championship and will host the 2021 R&A Girls Amateur Championship.
